  • Collectibles: As collectors ourselves, we handle every item with care. However, due to manufacturer handling, packaging variances, and shipping realities, we cannot guarantee “mint” condition packaging on every item.

  • Pre-Orders: Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change. Pre-orders can be canceled by the manufacturer or distributor at any time. If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund.

  • Apparel & Custom Products: Sizes, colors, and finishes may vary slightly from digital images due to production processes or screen settings.

  • Digital Products: Once downloaded or accessed, digital files are considered delivered and non-refundable.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders promptly, typically within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their orders.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our return policy is designed for collectors and is clearly stated on our website. By purchasing from Carbonite Creative, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • We do not generally accept returns unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Sale items, digital products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Any accepted return must be in original condition and packaging.
