📦 Return Policy — Please Read Before You Order

At Carbonite Creative, we’re collectors first and sellers second. We take pride in every item we ship and stand by the quality of our products. Because of the nature of collectibles and limited-run items, all sales are considered final unless your order arrives with significant damage or a manufacturing defect.

Our suppliers do not guarantee us “mint” condition packaging, and for that reason we cannot guarantee it to you. That said, we never knowingly ship damaged goods. If your order arrives in unacceptable condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Every order is packed with collector-grade care using packaging designed specifically for display pieces. We do everything possible to help your items arrive exactly as they left our hands.

We’re a small, independent studio — not Amazon.
Please don’t purchase multiple items intending to keep only one and return the rest. That practice might work for mega-retailers, but for small creators like us it increases costs, creates waste, and ultimately raises prices for everyone.

We ask our community to shop thoughtfully and responsibly. Every order supports our ability to design unique collector displays and diorama pieces for fans who truly care about their collections. If you’re uncertain about an item, reach out before ordering — we’re happy to answer questions or send additional photos to help you decide.

Our mission is to build a lasting collector family, not just one-time sales.

🛠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and make it right.
We may request photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and the item itself to process a replacement or refund.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Mystery or Vault items (once opened or revealed)

  • Pre-orders (after a shipping notice is issued)

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Digital downloads or printable products

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Worn or used apparel

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not process traditional exchanges.
If your return request is approved due to damage or defect, we’ll replace the item if possible.
If a replacement isn’t available, a refund will be issued.


🇪🇺 European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.


💳 Refunds (For Approved Cases)

Once a return (if required) is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
