At Carbonite Creative, we’re collectors first — so we ship every order with the same care and attention we’d expect for our own collections. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will ship, what to expect once it’s on the way, and how we handle special situations like pre-orders or international deliveries.


📦 Processing Times

All in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During peak seasons, special releases, or major promotions, processing times may extend slightly — but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.


📬 Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, and DHL. At checkout, you’ll see all available shipping options and estimated delivery windows.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days once shipped

  • Heavy / Large Orders: 5–7 business days once shipped

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 ship free via standard service

We ship in collector-designed boxes to provide the best possible protection and shipping experience. While we cannot guarantee “mint” packaging due to manufacturer and transit variables, we never knowingly ship damaged products and pack each order with care.


🌎 International Shipping (Canada)

We currently offer international shipping to Canada. Rates and estimated delivery times will calculate automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

  • Orders over $75 may qualify for free shipping promotions, but additional carrier or customs charges may still apply.


⏳ Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

We frequently offer pre-orders for upcoming releases. Estimated ship dates are provided by the manufacturer or distributor and are subject to change without notice. If your order includes a pre-order item, we may hold your entire order until all items are available to ship together.

If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order from pre-order items.


🧥 Apparel & Made-to-Order Items

Apparel and certain custom items may require 7–14 business days for production before shipping. This will be clearly noted on the product page. These items will ship separately if ordered with collectibles.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package leaves our facility.


🪐 Shipping Protection & Delivery Issues

While rare, shipping carriers sometimes experience delays or mishandle packages. Carbonite Creative is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damage caused by carrier mishandling once a package is in transit. However, if your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.


📍 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@carbonitecreative.com — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
