We are Star Wars super fans that create hand made, one of a kind Star Wars inspired art for other super fans
We are adult children that create Dioramas, diorama props and play-sets that do not exist on the market from some of our favorite scenes in the trilogy. Our target market is the action figure photographer who needs better props to create their art and or just the super fan that needs and wants that special piece to use in their display case or AWESOME STAR WARS NERD CAVE....
WHY WE DECIDED TO START DOING THIS...
Nate, the founder of Carbonite Creative spent the last 20 years in the corporate fashion industry in NYC working for some of the top names in fashion.
At the start of the Pandemic a majority of the industries jobs were lost.
Nate started feeding his inner child by playing with Star Wars toys again and creating dioramas in his home office shelf's that began to spark a creative passion not felt in years. The projects began gaining large praise from his instargram followers.. (not the fashion ones, they all dumped) Ohhhh well, everyone knows nerds are cooler than fashionistas....
This made us think .what in the hell are we doing working for corporate America??? It doesn't make us happy, it for sure didn't support us during these tough times. All we were doing was making someone else rich, MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE NEVER GOT TO HAVE FUN!!!
Here at Carbonite Creative we want to live the rest of our life being fulfilled, having fun and re-living those special moments from our childhood and hopefully helping others to do the same.
